Fire and ambulance service building

Project description

Construction of the new building for the ambulance and fire services in Fermont, with an area of 1,323 m². It’s an architectural design developed with mechanical and electrical services meeting high standards for this type of use.

This work was carried out in a remote region, whose winters are severe. A first phase of execution, in autumn 2015, made it possible to carry out civil works, water and sewer and concreting of the building, then to stop work from December 2015 to April 2016.

May 2016 began with the erection of the steel structure and, thereafter, all the other specialties to complete the entire project towards acceptance in early December 2016.

This project, for the city of Fermont, ensures adequate public security in addition to becoming a strategic location for public authorities throughout the region.
