Project description
The Carillon Power Plant is located on the Ottawa River is accessible, on the left bank, by the municipality of Saint-André d’Argenteuil.
The work to be carried out included the demolition and reconstruction of the concrete retaining wall of the Carillon Centrale maneuvering area, downstream from the river and the complete repair of the maneuvering area.
In addition, the contract included the following work:
- River work in the river
- Construction of a temporary soil support structure
- Pile drilling
- Concrete repair
- Electrical works
- Excavation and disposal of contaminated soil
- Pavement foundation
- Paving and marking of the maneuvering area
