Project description
Cegerco received the mandate from ArcelorMittal Mines Canada to build two joint concrete silos for the storage of ore from the Mont-Wright mine, Fermont, Quebec.
Site preparation, in order to support the 2 joint silos, required a structural shoring slab to allow the conveyors access to the minerals under the silos. Then, the preparation and coordination of the silos, and finally, the continuous casting with a slip form, 24 hours a day for 6 days, was successfully executed.
