Duvernay QULED substation

Project description

The work covered by the contract mainly included the design and construction of a new warehouse-type building at Duvernay substation, located at 5000, boulevard Mille-Îles, in Laval.

With previous similar experience, Cegerco reproduced the concept of design with the participation of professionals (architects and engineers) in synergy with the main contractors and its own expertise.

Throughout the submission, a coordination process was established between these stakeholders in order to meet the qualitative objectives of the tender documents.

On March 28, 2018, Cegerco was awarded the construction mandate for this building following its turnkey proposal.

The project began with the issuance of construction drawings from March 28, 2018 to July 11, 2018. The work on the site was carried out from July 4, 2018, date of mobilization at the site, to December 18, 2018, date of final acceptance for the handing over of the building to the owner.
